Extra virgin olive oil Monocultivar Biancolilla in tin with a net weight of 5 litres. It was obtained from cold extraction of Biancolilla olives, that were harvested at the primary phases of ripening.

  Light green colour with golden reflection.

  It’s characterized for the medium fruity, herbaceous, with fresh herbs, olives just processed, almond and artichoke aroma.

  On taste, herbaceous, almond and artichoke sensations are perceived. Bitter and spicy are perfectly balanced between them.

  The harmonic and delicate profile of Biancollilla variety is suitable for crude seasoning of steamed and delicate dishes, because it lends good aromatic sensations and does not contrast the gustative aspect. It’s great for seasoning fish and vegetables couscous and others fish and meat dishes. It can be used for sweets, sweet cream and ice cream preparation.
